Role Overview
We’re hiring a Client & Operations Specialist to support the execution and scale of our growing commercial real estate client base. This role sits between client experience, internal coordination, and product execution.
You’ll own client onboarding and day-to-day support while helping internal teams stay aligned on implementations, client needs, and ongoing improvements. The role is hands-on, detail-oriented, and focused on making sure both clients and internal teams operate efficiently around the platform.
Key Responsibilities
Client Onboarding & Enablement
• Lead onboarding for new clients with minimal lift from their teams
• Deliver platform walkthroughs and role-based training sessions
• Support data ingestion and integrations (Yardi, MRI, Excel, lease files, reporting feeds, etc.)
• Ensure AI-driven insights and reporting align with client use cases
Client Support & Success
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client questions and requests
• Troubleshoot platform or data-related issues and escalate when needed
• Conduct proactive check-ins, usage reviews, and value discussions
• Help drive adoption of dashboards, analytics, and investor reporting tools
Internal Coordination
• Partner with Sales on post-sale handoff and implementation readiness
• Work with Product and Engineering to communicate client feedback and usage patterns
• Support Marketing with client case studies and real-world examples
• Help maintain internal clarity around client status, priorities, and needs
What We’re Looking For
• 1–3 years of experience in customer success, operations, account management, or a client-facing role within a SaaS or technology-enabled business
• Commercial real estate experience or direct exposure (asset management, property management, brokerage, development, or ownership) is strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of how CRE teams operate, including reporting, data flow, and day-to-day workflows
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple clients, priorities, and internal work-streams simultaneously
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams
• Able to identify issues quickly, think through solutions, and follow through to resolution
• Experience working with SaaS platforms, CRMs, and internal tools; able to learn new systems quickly
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving, early-stage environment
• Interest in AI, data, and how technology is transforming commercial real estate operations
