Customer Experience Representative
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Customer Experience Representative to support our operations through high-volume order entry and quote processing. This role is responsible for converting customer emails, quotes, and purchase orders into our ERP system (Sage) while providing clear and timely email communication back to customers. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple systems at once, and takes pride in accuracy and accountability.

Work Environment
This is a fully onsite role from Monday through Friday. The position offers a structured training period of approximately 3 weeks to familiarize you with systems and processes. The work environment is collaborative and process-driven, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and customer experience. Initial training hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM, and post-training, there is some flexibility with working hours (7 AM to 4 PM or 9 AM to 6 PM).

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
