Position Overview

AZLEE is seeking a Client & Sales Coordinator to support both wholesale and direct-to-consumer sales channels. This role works closely with our Wholesale Director and plays a key part in managing client relationships, custom orders, sales operations, and overall client experience.

This is a highly collaborative role within a growing luxury jewelry brand and is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, client-focused, and excited to work across multiple areas of the business.


Responsibilities:

Wholesale Support

  • Support Wholesale Director with day-to-day account management
  • Process incoming wholesale orders and ensure accuracy
  • Send orders to production and track progress
  • Prepare and send invoices to retail partners
  • Provide timely order updates and communication to accounts
  • Assist with reporting for wholesale partners
  • Help maintain line sheets and product assortment updates
  • Collaborate with Wholesale Director on pulling product for store selections

Direct Client Sales

  • Respond to client inquiries via email and text in a timely, brand-aligned manner
  • Guide clients through purchases, including made-to-order and custom pieces
  • Coordinate and host in-person showroom appointments, including set up and breakdown
  • Pull product for client inquiries and appointments
  • Build and maintain client relationships through thoughtful follow-up
  • Track client preferences and interactions

Custom Order Management

  • Own the custom order process from initial inquiry through delivery (excluding design)
  • Meet directly with clients to guide them through the custom process
  • Communicate with clients on timelines, pricing, and progress
  • Coordinate internally to ensure orders move efficiently through production
  • Track all custom orders and provide proactive updates to clients

E-commerce Support

  • Manage website chat inquiries in real time
  • Support online sales and client communication through Shopify
  • Communicate lead times, availability, and order status clearly
  • Flag VIP clients and high-priority orders

Events & Travel

  • Assist with planning and execution of trunk shows and market appointments
  • Prepare product, materials, and logistics for sales trips
  • Support post-event follow-up and order processing
  • Travel for trunk shows and key sales events

Administrative & Cross-Functional Support

  • Assist with custom orders, repairs, and special client requests
  • Maintain organization of showroom and product samples
  • Help track inventory for sales samples and outgoing product
  • Identify and improve inefficiencies in sales processes


Qualifications

  • Strong administrative and computer skills, including experience working within Shopify, spreadsheets, and digital communication platforms
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales or client-facing role
  • Experience in luxury retail or jewelry
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management, organizational, and follow-through skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple ongoing client and order workflows simultaneously
  • Ability to communicate professionally with clients, retail partners, and internal teams
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working directly with high-end clients
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented business environment
