Job Title: Client Support Specialist – Operations

Job Type: Contract (6 Months)

Location: Cohoes, NY 12047(Onsite)

Schedule: 40 Hours/Week


About the Opportunity:

One of our leading financial services clients is seeking an Operations Analyst – Client Services to support its Asset & Wealth Management team. This role is ideal for professionals with strong analytical abilities, exceptional attention to detail, and experience managing client-related operational processes in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and process pending client requests to ensure proper authorizations and supporting documentation are complete and compliant with internal policies.
  • Monitor client policies proactively, including policy reviews, premium tracking, and ongoing maintenance activities.
  • Schedule and coordinate client calls to review existing policies and address client inquiries.
  • Perform team-specific operational and administrative tasks as requested by business stakeholders.
  • Conduct quality reviews of completed work to ensure accuracy and adherence to established standards.
  • Work across multiple systems and platforms to manage and maintain client information.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve policy-related issues and respond to inquiries.
  • Support special projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned.
  • Apply sound business judgment to identify unusual or potentially suspicious activities and escalate concerns appropriately.
  • Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures, including quality assurance, client service, compliance, and information security requirements.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Windows-based systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and organizational levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Flexible and adaptable under changing business demands.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Active Life and Health Insurance License.
  • Series 6 or Series 7 registration.
  • Series 63 or Series 66 registration.
  • Experience within financial services, wealth management, insurance operations, or client service environments.
