Assembler 20/hr Start Asap -- Overtime Available

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble components and finished products using hand tools, power tools, and/or machinery
  • Follow written work instructions, blueprints, or diagrams
  • Inspect parts and completed assemblies for quality and accuracy
  • Perform basic testing or functionality checks as required
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards
  • Report defects, shortages, or equipment issues to supervisors
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred (will train the right candidate)
  • Ability to use basic hand and power tools
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
Work Environment
  • Manufacturing/production facility
  • May include standing, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
  • Climate-controlled / non‑climate controlled (adjust as needed)

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fairfield, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $19.00/hr.
