Work hours: Night Shift: 11:00pm - 7:30 AM, Day shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM Sunday night to Friday MorningNight and Evening shifts receive a 10% shift differential! Overtime is available, not mandatory.

Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

  • Operating manufacturing tools to process high quality product.
  • Working in a self-directed work team environment to achieve daily goals.
  • Interfacing with computer systems to perform job duties.
  • Responsible for operating tools to process wafers through the applicable stage in the manufacturing process.
  • Responsible for making minor corrections or adjustments to the process and equipment and for recognizing when a technician or engineer is needed, in addition to making suggestions for improvement to productivity.
  • Performing all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health and Safety requirements and programs.
  • Perform multi-functional wafer fabrication processes and equipment operations.
  • Obtains and maintains all required skill certifications.
  • Utilizes Lot Priority and other inventory management systems as required for product tracking and communications.
  • Is an active member of the work team and will assume a logistical role as part of the team.
  • Uses Statistical Process Control (SPC) to audit control charts.
  • Performs and maintains equipment qualifications and status in the work area.
  • Is responsible for maintaining and monitoring of all clean room protocols.
  • Must assure compliance with all safety standards and participate in monitoring them.
  • Must be able to utilize computer aided manufacturing such as Workstream and Cold Fusion for communication, data recording and report extraction.
  • May perform other duties as assigned by management.

Marginal Functions:

  • Participates in basic equipment trouble shooting and preventive maintenance.
  • Keeps equipment and work area clean and orderly.
  • May performs changes or refills of chemicals in the work area.
  • May be required to aid in the training of new employees or lesser skilled employees.
  • May be required to cross-train in multiple work areas of production.
