Machine Operator needed!
Overview:
We’re looking for experienced manufacturing professionals who are comfortable working in a sterile cleanroom environment and can stay on their feet in a cell-based production setting.
Shift: Mon-Fri (3pm-11pm)
What You’ll Do:
- Work in a cleanroom environment (gowning required)
- Operate light machinery and production equipment (lathes, mills, drills, presses, etc.)
- Set up machines, make adjustments, and perform basic maintenance
- Inspect products using measuring tools and quality standards
- Monitor production and ensure quality control procedures are followed
- Support general production tasks like assembly, packaging, and processing
- Report equipment issues and help troubleshoot when needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Comfortable working on your feet in a fast-paced, cell-based environment
- Ability to follow strict cleanliness and safety procedures
- Experience with machinery and manufacturing processes
- Strong attention to detail and quality
Experience & Skills:
- 4+ years of manufacturing/production experience
- Familiarity with machine operation and quality checks
- Technical or vocational training is a plus
Additional Responsibilities:
- Help train and support newer team members
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Assist with process improvements and problem-solving
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
