Civil Litigation Attorney

We are conducting a search on behalf of a midsized and established civil litigation firm in Forsyth County. Their practice has spent decades doing sophisticated, high-stakes legal work for cities, counties, authorities, and state agencies across the state. They represent more than 95 governmental entities and are well respected in this space.

The Practice:

The caseload spans real estate, business, tax, governmental liability, contract, construction, and other general civil litigation matters. The work mirrors what you'd find in a corporate litigation department at a major firm.

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a litigation attorney, mid or senior-level, who is seeking opportunities to step into a busy, well-managed practice with an active caseload. The team has a strong culture of accessibility, responsiveness, and politically neutral counsel — values that run through everything they do.

Ideal Background:

• 3+ years of litigation experience, ideally from a large or mid-size firm where you were exposed to complex, sophisticated matters
• Experience in governmental liability, government contracting, civil rights, or environmental litigation is a strong plus
• State or federal government attorneys with litigation backgrounds are also encouraged to apply
• Georgia Bar admission required
