Civil Litigation Associate Attorney

Leitner, Bragg & Griffin, PLLC is a regional law firm with multiple locations throughout North Carolina.

We are looking for an Associate Attorney focusing in Civil Litigation to join our team and provide legal advice and services to our clients and one-on-one mentoring with a seasoned trial attorney and partner of the firm. This position requires excellent research and writing skills, as well as the ability to think strategically and analyze complex legal issues. The Associate Attorney must also be able to work independently and effectively manage multiple projects at once.

Responsibilities:

• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Communicate and advise clients on legal matters.
• Represent clients in court proceedings.
• Keep up to date with changes in the law and regulations.
• Work with other attorneys and staff to ensure cases are handled properly.
