We are seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) with direct experience in multifamily brokerage to partner with ownership and lead the operational strategy of the business. This individual will bring the structure, rigor, and industry expertise required to scale a high-performing brokerage platform.

The Opportunity

This is a build-and-scale role for an operator who understands the nuances of multifamily transactions, brokerage team dynamics, and deal-driven environments.

You will:

  • Translate leadership vision into a scalable brokerage operating model
  • Build and optimize systems that support deal flow, underwriting, marketing, and transaction execution
  • Implement KPIs and dashboards tied to pipeline, velocity, and revenue performance
  • Oversee operations across analyst, marketing, transaction coordination, and support teams
  • Partner with brokers to increase productivity, deal conversion, and client service
  • Standardize processes across listing, underwriting, OM production, and closing workflows
  • Drive recruiting infrastructure and onboarding for broker growth and retention

Who You Are

  • Proven operator with direct experience in multifamily brokerage (investment sales preferred)
  • Deep understanding of deal lifecycle: sourcing → underwriting → marketing → closing
  • Experienced in building systems for broker productivity and transaction efficiency
  • Strong financial and analytical mindset (pipeline management, forecasting, margins)
  • A leader who creates structure, accountability, and clarity
  • Skilled at working alongside top-producing brokers and sales teams
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment
