Chief Operating Officer (COO) / Integrator

Kelly Strategic Ventures, LLC
Minneapolis, MN

Company Description

Kelly Strategic Ventures (KSV) is a rapidly growing, family-owned operator of Slick City indoor slide parks, led by entrepreneurs Mike and Annie Kelly. Following the success of Minnesota’s first Slick City location in Maple Grove and the launch of our second park in Woodbury, KSV is actively building a multi-park platform. With five additional locations in development and a clear vision to operate 10+ parks within five years, we are scaling with intention.

Our mission is simple: Create exceptional guest experiences and build an institutionally excellent operating company.

Role Description

To support our next phase of growth, we are seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) / Integrator to partner directly with ownership and ensure disciplined execution using Traction (EOS) principles.

This leader will translate vision into execution across all current and future parks. The COO / Integrator will design and institutionalize operating systems, drive operational excellence, and ensure consistent financial and guest-experience performance across the portfolio.

Why This Role Is Different:

You are not stepping into a mature corporate structure-you are architecting the operating backbone of a rapidly scaling platform. Your fingerprints will be on everything- systems, culture, leadership standards, expansion playbooks. We are disciplined enough to care deeply about institutional processes, financial rigor, and EOS execution. We are ambitious enough to pursue 10+ parks in five years- and beyond. If you’ve ever wanted to help transform a high-performing entrepreneurial venture into a professionally run, multi-location platform- this is your chance.
