Chief Operating Officer

Yutori Method
Clifton, NJ

Yutori Method™ is managing the recruitment for this role.

This is a full-time, in-person role based in Clifton, New Jersey.

About The Company

Vertically integrated legal services firm that provides high-volume, process-driven representation across Traffic Law, Estate Planning, and Personal Injury.

Rosenblum Law operates as a multi-division business with a strong emphasis on systems, data, and operational leverage. The firm has grown to $7.5M in revenue and is now entering its next phase of scale toward $10M+, requiring tighter execution, stronger cross-functional alignment, and more sophisticated operational infrastructure.

Unlike traditional law firms that rely heavily on individual practitioners, the firm is intentionally building a systems-driven, performance-oriented organization—where decisions are grounded in data, operations are standardized where possible, and leadership is accountable to outcomes, not hierarchy.

The Opportunity

This is a true integrator role.

The COO will serve as an integral member of the leadership team alongside CEO Adam Rosenblum and his CGO and Managing Attorney—translating vision into execution, building the firm’s operating system, and ensuring the business runs with clarity, accountability, and consistency.

The company is at an inflection point: growth is strong, ideas are abundant, and innovation is a core part of how the business evolves. What’s needed now is a disciplined operator who can bring structure without slowing momentum—someone who can design systems, align leaders, and create the conditions for scale.

The Right Fit

You are someone who:

  • Thinks in systems, not tasks, and naturally looks for ways to create structure and clarity
  • Is comfortable in environments where ideas are challenged and decisions are driven by logic, not ego
  • Takes full ownership of outcomes—both wins and failures—without defensiveness
  • Communicates directly and constructively, especially when something needs to be said
  • Is highly organized, reliable, and consistent in follow-through
  • Leads with humility, is coachable, and continuously seeks to improve
  • Thrives in fast-moving, evolving environments where adaptability is essential
