QoreHealth is a defense-aligned healthcare technology company delivering advanced medical systems to government, defense, and international partners in complex, high-impact environments.

We are seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant -Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO, supporting strategic priorities, driving execution, and improving alignment across the organization.

This is not an administrative role.

You will operate as an extension of the CEO, helping translate priorities into action while ensuring key initiatives move forward with clarity and momentum.


Role Overview

As Executive Assistant - Chief of Staff, you will support the CEO across both strategic and operational areas of the business.

You will help:

  • Prioritize key initiatives
  • Support decision-making processes
  • Drive execution across teams
  • Improve visibility and alignment

This role requires strong judgment, ownership, and the ability to deliver meaningful impact within a full- time schedule (40 hours per week)


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic partner to the CEO in driving company priorities
  • Help prioritize initiatives and track execution across teams
  • Prepare high-quality briefings, reports, and decision-support materials
  • Support decision-making through structured analysis and synthesis
  • Coordinate and follow up on high-priority, cross-functional initiatives
  • Interface with internal teams and external stakeholders, including government and defense partners
  • Identify bottlenecks and proactively solve operational challenges
  • Manage and support executive communications with context and judgment
  • Support executive operations (calendar, meetings, logistics) as needed
  • Introduce tools, systems, and workflows to improve efficiency and clarity
  • Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to improve output quality and speed


Qualifications

  • Fluency in English required; Spanish proficiency preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • High discretion and professionalism with confidential information
  • Experience supporting senior leadership or working in fast-paced environments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with tools such as QuickBooks is a plus

Work Environment

Part-time role (20 hours per week), with preference for in-office presence in Miami, Florida. Some flexibility may be considered.


Compensation & Benefits

Compensation will be discussed based on experience and scope. (US$80K-100K)
