Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic Chief of Staff to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a strategic advisor and operational partner to the executive team by coordinating cross-functional initiatives, facilitating communication, and managing key projects. Responsibilities include overseeing internal operations, streamlining workflows, supporting leadership in decision-making processes, and ensuring alignment with company goals. You will also represent the executive team in meetings, prepare reports, and provide additional organizational support as needed.


  • Company operating cadence – Design and run weekly exec forums, goal‑setting, and QBRs; drive clarity on priorities, owners, and dates.
  • Cross‑functional initiatives – Lead high‑impact projects end‑to‑end (e.g., new product launches, retail footprint expansion, pricing and partnerships, D2C channel profitability, overall COGS reduction).
  • CEO leverage – Prioritize the CEO’s time; prepare board‑ready content; ensure decisions and follow‑through across the org.
  • Fundraising – Work closely with CEO to establish investor relations and provide support throughout the fundraising process
  • Talent & communications – Support hiring for Sales, Marketing, R&D, Ops, and Finance; steward internal/external messaging.



Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to support leadership in planning and decision-making.
  • Proven ability to lead cross‑functional execution in dynamic, ambiguous environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including preparation and presentation of reports and recommendations.
  • Leadership and team collaboration experience, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and leveraging key metrics to inform strategy and operations.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with demonstrated experience in managing complex operations across cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
  • Experience in the consumer goods or lifestyle product industry is highly desirable.
  • Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and relentlessly solution‑oriented.
