Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Chief Human Resources Officer to join our team on-site in Sealy, TX. The CHRO will oversee all aspects of human resources, including developing and implementing HR policies, driving employee relations strategies, and fostering a positive workplace culture. This leader will spearhead talent management efforts, providing guidance on recruitment, development, and retention initiatives. Additional responsibilities will include managing performance evaluation processes, ensuring compliance with employment regulations, and acting as a strategic partner to organizational leadership in achieving company goals.


Qualifications

  • Expertise in Human Resources (HR) management and knowledge of HR policies
  • Proficiency in Employee Relations and managing workplace dynamics
  • Experience in Talent Management, recruiting, onboarding, and employee retention strategies
  • Strong background in Performance Management, including developing employee assessments and feedback processes
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Experience with strategic planning and ability to align HR initiatives with overall business objectives
  • Proficiency in HR compliance, labor laws, and best practices
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or HR certifications are a plus
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in a fast-paced or manufacturing environment
  • Love of cars, car people and car culture is a plus!
