📍 Position Overview
Base in the US, you will lead the channel development for our charging products (home charging stations, commercial DC fast chargers, and integrated solar-storage-charging solutions) across North America. You'll build and grow our partner network from the ground up, working with top-tier distributors, installers, and enterprise clients.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Channel Strategy: Develop and execute North America channel expansion strategy, with California (SF Bay Area, LA) as the core hub, covering key markets across the US
- Partner Development: Identify, onboard, and manage key channel partners including charging network operators, installers, distributors, e-commerce platforms, and government/enterprise clients
- Sales Growth: Drive sales targets for home and commercial charging solutions, manage pipeline from lead generation to deal closure
- Team Leadership (Director level): Build and lead the Fremont local sales team, mentor and develop high-performing talent
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of North America EV charging policies, competitive landscape, and market trends to optimize channel strategies
✅ What We're Looking For
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- Channel Manager: 3+ years of channel sales experience in EV/Charging or related industries in North America
- Channel Director: 5+ years of channel management experience in North America, with proven team leadership track record
- Fluent English (working language); strong CRM skills (Salesforce preferred)
- Deep understanding of North America EV charging market, policies, and business environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Based in California (Fremont preferred)
- Existing relationships with major charging operators (EV go, Electrify America) or automotive brands
- Experience with UL certification processes and EV infrastructure incentive programs
- US work visa required; Green Card or US citizenship is a plus
