Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist

Syracuse Orthopedic Specialists (SOS), the leading orthopedic practice in Central New York, is seeking a W-2 or 1099 Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNA) for our state-of-the-art ambulatory surgery center Specialists One-Day Surgery Center in North Syracuse, NY.

About the Role

Compensation & Financial Incentives

• Base Salary: $295,000
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $100,000
• Relocation Assistance: One-time stipend up to $5,000

Work Schedule

• Shift Options: 8 or 10 hour shifts
• No Call, No Weekend Requirement
• Overtime: Paid for work exceeding 40 hours/week

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for patients undergoing surgical procedures.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia as necessary.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• Current certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
• Active nursing license in the state of New York.

Required Skills

• Strong clinical skills in anesthesia administration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in an ambulatory surgery center.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
