Our client, a leading organization in the finance and accounts receivable sector, is seeking a dedicated Cash Support Specialist to join their team. As a Cash Support Specialist, you will be an integral part of the Accounts Receivable department supporting the collection activities across North America. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will enable you to thrive in this dynamic environment.

Job Title: Cash Support Specialist

Location: Horsham, PA

Pay Range: $26.09

Shift: 1st shift,

In person job, not remote. 


What's the Job?

  • Oversee collection activities for all of North America to ensure timely cash collection.
  • Manage customer accounts and provide early-stage customer service to prevent complaints.
  • Coordinate with the cash applications team for accurate fund application and remittance advice.
  • Work on disputes within the assigned portfolio to drive resolution and closure.
  • Process adjustments, write-offs, netting requests, refunds, and perform account reconciliations.

What's Needed?

  • 3-5 years of experience in accounts receivable or collections.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret daily AR reports.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in financial software and MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work in person.  This is not a remote or hybrid position.
