Care Manager

We are working with a home health care agency who is looking for a Care Manager for Seniors.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and Manage the scheduling of caregivers to clients

• Participate in interviewing, orientation and management of caregivers

• Conduct in-home visits to client’s homes

Job Requirements:

• Word and Excel, and other scheduling programs

• Strong time-management skills

• Must have a drivers license

• Ideally Prior home care scheduling experience and/or at least one year of experience in a field related to geriatric care

Onsite in Westchester County daily Monday - Friday
