Care Manager

Title: RN Care Manager – Managed Long-Term Care (MLTC/MAP)

Duration: 8 Weeks

Location: New York, NY (Hybrid)

Shift: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Gross Pay Rate: $2,500.00/week

Requirements:

• Active New York State RN License required
• Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse
• Managed Care experience required
• Experience with Care Coordination, Utilization Review, and Discharge Planning
• Experience with MLTC/MAP programs preferred
• PRI & Screen Certification required within 3 months of employment
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
