Location: Burlington, NC


Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 10:00am-7:00pm + weekend rotation


Pay: $19-20/hour


Position Overview:

As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will play a vital role in overseeing client schedules, coordinating caregiver staffing, and serving as a primary point of contact for clients, families, and caregivers. This fast-paced position requires strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills to effectively manage real-time scheduling changes, staffing needs, and client concerns while ensuring continuity of care and exceptional customer service.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while providing exceptional customer service to clients, families, and caregivers.
  • Coordinate and maintain caregiver schedules to ensure appropriate staffing coverage and continuity of care for clients.
  • Communicate professionally and proactively with caregivers, clients, families, and internal departments regarding schedules, call-outs, care needs, and service updates.
  • Monitor daily schedules in real time to ensure caregivers arrive and depart as scheduled, addressing late arrivals, call-offs, and coverage gaps promptly.
  • Collaborate with Recruiting and Onboarding teams to place newly hired caregivers with compatible clients and ongoing care opportunities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve scheduling conflicts, staffing shortages, client concerns, and caregiver-related issues in a calm, solutions-focused manner.
  • Accurately document scheduling updates, client interactions, and staffing actions within company systems and communication platforms.
  • Participate in on-call and weekend operations as needed, managing urgent staffing and client care situations to maintain uninterrupted service.
  • Work closely with leadership and other departments to support operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and overall quality of care.


Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a fast-paced environment
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Valid Driver's License, active car insurance, and vehicle registration required.
