Cardiothoracic Anesthesiologist | Nevada
A major Nevada-based hospital system is hiring a General Anesthesiologist to join a high-acuity, full-service surgical program. This is a clinically demanding role inside a large, complex care environment where your scope will be broad and the work will be substantive.
You'll manage anesthesia care across the full surgical continuum, from pre-op evaluation through post-op monitoring, and work with a diverse patient population spanning adult and pediatric cases.
What you need to bring:
- M.D. or D.O. from an accredited school of medicine
- Completion of an Anesthesiology Residency from an accredited institution
- Minimum three years of clinical practice in Cardiothoracic Anesthesiology
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology (Board Certification required)
- Valid Nevada medical license
- Nevada Pharmacy Board License to Prescribe Medications
- DEA Controlled Substance Registration Certificate
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification from the AHA (or ability to obtain)
- Fellowship or Board Certification in Pediatrics preferred but not required
