About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and safety driven Captain Pilot to join our corporate flight department and operate our Beechcraft King Air 350. This role is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of safety, professionalism, service, and operational excellence while transporting company executives, employees, and guests.

The ideal candidate is a confident decision maker with strong communication skills, exceptional situational awareness, and a customer focused mindset.


Key Responsibilities

1 Serve as Pilot in Command (PIC) for all assigned King Air 350 flights.

2 Ensure safe, compliant, and efficient aircraft operation in line with FAA regulations.

3 Conduct pre-flight planning including weather, fuel, and performance calculations.

4 Perform detailed pre-flight and post-flight inspections.

5 Maintain accurate flight and duty records.

6 Coordinate with scheduling, maintenance, and passengers.

7 Deliver high-level customer service with professionalism.

8 Maintain training and certification compliance.

9 Support additional aviation tasks as required.


Minimum Qualifications

1 FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) or Commercial with Multi-Engine and Instrument ratings.

2 Total Flight Time: 2,500+ hours

3 PIC Time: 1,200+ hours

4 500 hours cross-country

5 100 hours night

6 75 hours instrument time

7 Meet CFR Part 119.71 requirements

8 Commercial Pilot License (CPL), Instrument Rating (IR), Multi-Engine (ME)

9 FAA certification with Class 2 Medical

10 No FAA violations in last 5 years

11 Valid passport for international travel

12 Strong knowledge of FAR Part 91 operations

13 King Air 350 experience required

2 Recent FlightSafety or CAE training
