This role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with senior leadership on long-term growth strategy, business transformation, and operational excellence initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with strategic thinking and hands-on execution to help solve complex business challenges and drive measurable business outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

Support the development of annual operating priorities and multi-year growth strategies.

Build financial models, business cases, and scenario analyses to support strategic decision-making.

Conduct market, customer, competitor, and performance analyses to identify growth opportunities and business risks.

Drive execution of enterprise-wide transformation initiatives from planning through implementation.

Develop workplans, governance structures, success metrics, and executive reporting.

Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Product, Marketing, Alliances, and Operations teams.

Analyze business performance data and create actionable insights using reporting and analytics tools.

Prepare executive-level presentations, business reviews, and decision-support materials.

Support organizational change management and operational improvements.

Establish best practices, templates, and governance frameworks to improve execution quality and business performance.


Required Qualifications

Experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, finance, corporate development, investment banking, or a similar analytical environment.

Strong financial modeling and business analysis skills.

Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Ability to solve complex business problems in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Experience managing multiple stakeholders and cross-functional initiatives.

Excellent written, verbal, and executive communication skills.

Strong attention to detail, ownership, and execution focus.


Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting growth strategy, go-to-market initiatives, business transformation, or sales operations within a technology organization.

Experience working directly with senior executives and business leaders.

Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
