Role Description
We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead and oversee multiple strategic programs and projects across the organization, including enterprise applications, digital transformation initiatives, and corporate programs. This role requires a seasoned leader who can drive cross-functional alignment, manage complex project portfolios, and ensure successful execution of initiatives that impact various business functions, including IT, sales, finance, operations, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Leadership & Strategy
· Define and execute the strategy for corporate programs, ensuring alignment with business and IT objectives.
· Develop and maintain a multi-year roadmap for enterprise systems, digital initiatives, and business transformation efforts.
· Ensure programs support scalability, efficiency, and innovation across multiple business functions.
· Drive continuous improvement in program management methodologies, governance, and execution.
Project & Program Execution
· Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise-wide projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
· Manage dependencies, risks, and resource allocation across multiple initiatives, balancing priorities to align with company goals.
· Implement and enforce best practices for project governance, change management, and stakeholder engagement.
· Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize technology solutions, including Salesforce, eCommerce platforms, ERP systems, and other corporate applications.
Stakeholder & Team Management
· Act as the primary liaison between business units, IT, and external vendors, ensuring seamless collaboration and execution.
· Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to define project priorities and success metrics.
· Lead and mentor project managers and team members, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring continuous development.
· Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners to drive successful program outcomes.
Process Improvement & Governance
· Develop and implement standardized program management processes and tools to improve efficiency and transparency.
· Ensure compliance with industry best practices, security policies, and corporate governance requirements.
· Identify opportunities for process automation, system optimization, and strategic technology enhancements.
· Monitor and measure program success through KPIs and performance metrics, driving data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience:
· 8+ years of experience in program and project management, with a proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
· Experience managing enterprise-level programs across multiple domains, including IT, business operations, sales, finance, and eCommerce.
· Experience working with enterprise applications such as Salesforce, ERP systems, and eCommerce platforms.
Certifications (Preferred): PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or other relevant program management certifications.
Skills:
· Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
· Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project management methodologies.
· Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet).
· Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
