Business Strategist III

Your job

As a Business Strategist III, you will oversee and support strategic initiatives that drive growth, operational efficiency, and improved business outcomes. You will work across teams and functions to identify opportunities, develop insights, and help execute programs that align with organizational priorities.

Your daily work includes analyzing data, evaluating business performance, and translating insights into actionable recommendations. You will collaborate with partners across the organization to refine strategies, support decision-making, and ensure initiatives are implemented effectively.

Who you are

• Research and interpret relevant laws, regulations, and policies, and assist in the development and updating of internal policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance
• Assist with document translation from German to English through internal teams
• Partner with Sales and Public Sector teams in Europe to identify, create, and manage compliance initiatives, including supporting Public Sector deal capture and identifying requirements for revenue opportunities
• Identify contract opportunities and partner with Legal to ensure compliance with contract terms
• Manage existing contracts to ensure ongoing contractual commitments are met
• Support the preparation and delivery of reports and required documentation to meet contractual and regulatory requirements
• Manage requirements and process implementation through to successful Public Sector awards, including creating and managing Agiloft tickets and aligning with internal teams under the direction of the Public Sector compliance program manager

Who we are

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree, and a minimum of 8 years of related experience; or a Master’s degree with a minimum of 6 years of experience; or a PhD with a minimum of 3 years experience
• Fluency in German and English
• Contracts and compliance experience in German
• Experience solving complex business problems using data and structured analysis, with the ability to work with large datasets and translate findings into actionable insights
• Proficiency with data analysis tools such as spreadsheets, data visualization platforms, and query tools (for example, SQL)
• Business acumen with attention to detail and ownership of deliverables
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams in a fast-paced environment
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence outcomes
