We are seeking a driven Business Relationship Manager to grow commercial banking relationships and acquire new business clients within the local market. This is a highly visible, client-facing role focused on business development, relationship management, and deposit growth.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Prospect and acquire new business clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and community engagement
✅ Build and manage relationships with small and mid-sized business owners
✅ Conduct client meetings and present customized banking solutions
✅ Grow deposits and expand commercial banking relationships
✅ Maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM tools
✅ Partner with internal teams to ensure exceptional client experience
✅ Meet and exceed sales, revenue, and growth targets
Required Qualifications
✔ 3–5+ years of business banking, commercial banking, relationship management, or B2B sales experience
✔ Proven success in outbound prospecting and new client acquisition
✔ Strong consultative sales and relationship-building skills
✔ Experience managing sales pipelines and CRM systems
✔ Excellent communication and presentation skills
✔ Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment
