What You'll Do
This is an outbound-focused role. You'll be on the phone, in inboxes, and on LinkedIn/social media every day generating pipeline for our Account Executives across the LivTech portfolio. Specifically:
- Working in tandem with markeitng on campaigns and tactics
- Prospecting and reaching out to potential customers through calls, emails, and social outreach
- Booking qualified discovery calls for Account Executives
- Hitting daily activity targets (around 75 calls and 25+ emails per day)
- Work closely with sales to refine your approach
- Share feedback on what's working cross functionally
- Learn alongside a team that's invested in your growth
Who We're Looking For
You have 1–2 years of experience in a role where you were regularly reaching out to people you didn't know whether that's outbound sales, customer success with a hunting component, or a similar position where phone and email were your primary tools. You know how to prospect, you don't wait for leads to come to you, and you've learned how to handle rejection without losing momentum.
More specifically, you:
- Are a strong communicator - comfortable and confident on the phone, and clear and concise in writing
- Understand what good outbound looks like: research, personalization, persistence, and timing
- Take coaching well and apply it fast
- Are motivated by performance metrics and want to see your own numbers improve
- Have used tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or Gong (or similar - we care more about the mindset than the exact stack)
- Have a bachelor's degree (preferred, not required)

Work Location: Hybrid - Greater Atlanta Area
Pay: $50,000 - $52,250
OTE: This role offers an additional $30,000 in on-target earnings through a variable commission plan, paid out monthly.
