$1B+ Community Bank, based in Northern Virginia, has an immediate opportunity for a sales professional to join the team. Will be responsible for calling on medical professionals, accountants, lawyers, etc. to win their banking relationships.

Will be responsible for:

  • Meeting established business development goals by acquiring new clients
  • Focusing on building the deposit base
  • Being in the field, calling on professionals at networking functions to gain relationships and business
  • Work with Branch Managers and other bank staff to develop leads, provide customer support, and refer customers to other departments to maximize opportunities.
  • Establish the new department.



The Ideal Candidate:

  • Sales PRO-driven, go-getter, independent, with a strong desire to be the best
  • Business Banker, Selling Branch Manager, a deposit gatherer
  • Ability to develop and deliver new client relationships through networking, leveraging internal resources, and cold calling.
