Business Development Manager
Direct Hire
Your primary responsibilities will include sales hunting, cold calls, cold emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
1.As a Business Development Manager (BDM), you will be a total solution provider and be responsible for:
2.New business prospecting and development; including develop new customers.
3.Generating new customer and sales leads, setting-up accounts.
4.Drive new client development via market research, cold call prospecting, lead generation and consistent sales activities with a focus on complex sales opportunities;
5.Develop and maintain a prospective customer pipeline within a targeted contingent labor spend category;
6.Consistently move prospective customers through the sales cycle via organized follow up and monthly sales activity;
7.Actively participate in networking opportunities to assist in identifying and seizing opportunities to develop new business;
8.Promote company’s corporate image through participation in business organizations, community activities and customer relations; and
Knowledge of IT or IT Staffing would be a plus
