Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Las Vegas, NV
Pay: $70,000 - 75,000

Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience required
- Experience in healthcare sales strongly preferred, particularly in Occupational Medicine and/or Physical Therapy
- Demonstrated success in a hunter-style sales role with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong relationship-building and networking capabilities
- Competitive, entrepreneurial mindset with a high level of initiative and accountability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
- Leadership experience is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the workers’ compensation and employer services market
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth in the Denver region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including HR leaders, risk managers, and executive stakeholders
- Position the organization as a preferred provider for occupational health and workers’ compensation solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution and early-stage account management
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, reporting, and forecasting in Salesforce
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and clinical teams to ensure a seamless client experience
- Attend networking events, industry functions, and client meetings to expand market presence
