Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Las Vegas, NV

Pay: $70,000 - 75,000

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience required
  • Experience in healthcare sales strongly preferred, particularly in Occupational Medicine and/or Physical Therapy
  • Demonstrated success in a hunter-style sales role with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong relationship-building and networking capabilities
  • Competitive, entrepreneurial mindset with a high level of initiative and accountability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Leadership experience is a plus


Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the workers’ compensation and employer services market
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth in the Denver region
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including HR leaders, risk managers, and executive stakeholders
  • Position the organization as a preferred provider for occupational health and workers’ compensation solutions
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution and early-stage account management
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, reporting, and forecasting in Salesforce
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and clinical teams to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Attend networking events, industry functions, and client meetings to expand market presence
