📈 What You’ll Do


As a Business Development Manager, you’ll lead the charge in acquiring new accounts and driving revenue growth across your territory. Your key responsibilities will include:


  • Market Penetration: Identify, prospect, and secure partnerships with Property Managers, Regional Managers, and decision-makers in the multifamily space
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct discovery calls, site visits, and tailored presentations to understand prospect needs and position 360’s value
  • Pipeline Management: Own the full sales cycle—from lead qualification and proposal creation to negotiation and contract close
  • Collaboration: Partner with our Operations, Customer Service, and Field teams to ensure a seamless transition from sale to execution
  • Account Expansion: Look beyond initial wins to build lasting relationships and expand service footprint across new properties or portfolios
  • Thought Leadership: Represent 360 at industry events and trade shows; stay updated on market trends, regional dynamics, and customer feedback


✅ What You Bring to the Table


  • 3–5+ years of experience working for a company providing services to the multifamily industry in a Sales capacity
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales quotas in a B2B environment
  • Strong understanding of apartment operations, vendor management, and services such as Painting, Resurfacing, Housekeeping, Flooring, Cabinets, etc.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Tech-savvy with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with high integrity and attention to detail
  • Travel required within territory to meet with prospective clients and attend industry events
