As the Business Analyst, you will complete elements in the definition, requirements, design, build and delivery of a project or Program. More specifically, you will be responsible for building knowledge of the company, processes and customers to analyze business processes, identify requirements and proposing solutions to meet the needs of the organization. Additionally, you may be asked to solve a range of straightforward problems and analyze possible solutions to said problems by using standard procedures. You will also understand key business drivers, and use your understanding to participate in project planning, testing, and implementation. Although, no supervisory responsibilities are required, you may also provide guidance and support to new associates.

 Primary responsibilities include

  • Responsible for solution design and evaluation, where they collaborate with stakeholders to define solution options and evaluate their feasibility.
  • Responsible for stakeholder engagement and communication, which includes facilitating communication and collaboration among stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Responsible for project support and collaboration, which includes providing support to project teams, and collaboration with cross functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
  • Ensure timely response to client requests by monitoring intake queues (phone, email, cases) and confirming service level expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Identify and escalate service risks such as backlog growth, missed SLAs, or coverage gaps
  • Act as an escalation point for complex client issues, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication with internal partners when needed.

 

Additional position requirements include:

  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in retail or private banking. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask
  • A commitment to be a collaborative team player
  • A thorough knowledge of banking operations and applications
  • Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high degree of accuracy

  • Able to review and analyze data reports and client facing documentation; must be computer proficient.
  • Able to communicate effectively via telephone and in person

 

Hours & Work Schedule

  • Hours per Week: 40
  • Work Schedule:  8:30am-5pm, Monday - Friday
