Position Overview

We are seeking a Brand Marketing Coordinator to support a high-performing sports media and advertising team. This role operates at an Associate Manager level and serves as a hybrid between coordination and strategic support, focusing on sales enablement, sponsorship development, and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate will have experience in media, sports marketing, or advertising sales support and be able to contribute immediately in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support development of multimedia sponsorship packages across TV, digital, social, audio, and live event platforms
  • Create and update client-facing sales decks and presentation materials (typically 10–15 slides)
  • Provide feature booking and sponsorship scheduling support
  • Manage pricing requests and coordinate with internal revenue or pricing teams
  • Maintain trackers for pitches, sales opportunities, and sponsorship inventory
  • Prepare materials and insights to support Account Executives and sales teams
  • Assist in managing sponsorship opportunities across sports properties and events
  • Coordinate with production and content teams to align sponsorship integrations
  • Support execution of live event sponsorships, including occasional on-site involvement
  • Develop and manage sponsorship-related assets in collaboration with creative teams
  • Participate in client meetings and support ongoing client and agency relationships
  • Conduct market research and identify value-added opportunities to enhance sales efforts
  • Monitor industry trends and maintain awareness of the competitive sponsorship landscape


Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in media, advertising, sports marketing, or sales support
  • Experience supporting digital and/or linear media sales environments preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) or similar tools
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in sports marketing, partnerships, or media organizations
  • Familiarity with the collegiate sports landscape and related business models
  • Background in ad agencies, media companies, or brand-side marketing teams
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • Creative thinking with the ability to develop compelling sales materials
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel occasionally, including evenings or weekends as needed

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (field of study flexible; marketing, communications, business, or related disciplines are relevant)
