About the Role
This role is designed for a strategic leader who is equally comfortable managing financial performance and engaging in the "hands-on" operational demands of a warehouse and retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Financial Leadership: Accountable for the branch's total financial performance, including sales and profitable growth.
- Personnel Management: Responsible for leading all branch personnel, including hiring, training, and conducting performance evaluations.
- Warehouse & Retail Excellence: Oversee daily workflows, manage warehouse tools, and ensure the retail experience is positive and professional.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce all Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) and HAZCOMM procedures to maintain a zero-injury workplace.
- Customer Relations: Maintain close business relationships with top clients and utilize CRM tools to track daily activity and quotes.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Branch Manager elsewhere, OR 3 years as a Company Assistant Manager, OR 1 year as a Company M.I.T.
- Education: BA Degree or equivalent, with a 3.0 GPA or higher preferred.
Required Skills
- Technical Skills: General knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and Google Workspace.
- Safety & Licensing: Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean 3-year Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
Preferred Skills
- Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
- Environment: Primarily a non-stationary position working in a non-temperature-controlled environment.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs unassisted.
- Equipment: Advanced skill in operating motor vehicles, forklifts, and manual pallet jacks.
- Schedule: Hours typically begin prior to 8 AM and extend after 5 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends.
Pay range and compensation package
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Range: $74,000.00 – $79,000.00.
