We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting and bookkeeping skills, hands-on experience with QuickBooks Enterprise, and the ability to manage multiple financial responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily bookkeeping activities and maintain accurate financial records
  • Process and reconcile Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Work directly with vendors, including invoice management, payment processing, and account reconciliation
  • Process and maintain in-house payroll
  • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end closing procedures
  • Maintain organized accounting records and documentation
  • Support management with financial and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Proven bookkeeping experience required
  • 3+ years of experience in related field
  • Strong QuickBooks Enterprise experience is required
  • Solid understanding of AP, AR, payroll processing, and general accounting principles
  • Experience working with vendors and managing vendor relationships
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Preferred Qualifications

  • Real estate industry experience is a plus
  • Experience handling multiple entities or properties is a plus
