Kelly Pediatric Therapy is seeking a full time Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide school-based services to a middle school in the Quakertown, PA area.

  • School-Based Academy: We provide the support and community that a new School-Based therapist needs to feel comfortable and to be successful.
  • Lending Library: Kelly Pediatric Therapy recognizes the additional expenses in providing evaluation for materials. We have an extensive library of testing tools and assessments for therapist to borrow as needed.


Responsibilities include:

  • Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and prepare reports summarizing findings for student teams.
  • Assist case managers in developing Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSPs) based on FBAs using evidence-based interventions.
  • Assess students’ instructional needs from a behavioral perspective and provide consultation to teachers.
  • Assist teachers with progress report writing related to PBSP goals.
  • Oversee ongoing monitoring of student behavioral data and make programming adjustments as student needs change throughout the school year.
  • Train staff on PBSPs and other instructional programs and monitor implementation fidelity.
  • Participate in weekly emotional support program meetings, including additional meetings with PATTAN as needed.
  • Attend Special Education Department meetings as scheduled.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in ABA
  • Board certification in Behavior Analysis
  • Child Abuse, State and Federal Clearances
