Blanking Press Operator

Target Metal Blanking (TMB) is a cutting-edge metals supplier specializing in meeting the needs of Automotive OEMs and Tier I & II suppliers in the automotive sector. TMB specializes in Configured Blanking, CTL, Laser Blanking, and Slitting for aluminum, carbon, and stainless steel materials.

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Blanking Press Operator based in New Boston, MI. The Blanking Press Operator will be responsible for operating blanking press machines, ensuring product quality, conducting troubleshooting for machine issues, and performing pre-press setups. Additional responsibilities include inspecting finished products for quality compliance and ensuring smooth and efficient machine operations to meet production goals.

• Proficiency in Machine Operation, including setting up and managing blanking press machines
• Strong Quality Control skills to inspect materials and finished products for compliance with company standards
• Experience in Pre-press setup for accurate preparation prior to operations
• Ability to identify and execute Troubleshooting processes to address and resolve technical issues
• Knowledge of Printing processes is a plus
• Strong attention to detail, ability to follow safety protocols, and commitment to maintaining high productivity
