Seeking a detail-oriented and organized Billing & Operations Coordinator to join a collaborative billing team. This is a great opportunity for someone with administrative, clerical, billing, invoicing, or office support experience looking for a stable, structured environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Issue and process invoices daily using internal systems
• Manage and organize a high-volume Outlook inbox
• Allocate vendor invoices to shipment records
• Ensure billing accuracy and follow customer-specific instructions
• Maintain billing documentation and SOPs
• Support billing operations in a fast-paced logistics environment
Qualifications:
• 1–2+ years of office, administrative, clerical, or billing experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working independently in a repetitive, process-driven role
• Basic Excel and Outlook proficiency required
• Logistics or supply chain experience is a plus, but not required
