We are hiring a bilingual, hands-on Warehouse Manager to fully own and run our Texas warehouse operations.
This role is site-specific. You will be responsible for the TX warehouse. This is a working manager role for someone who leads from the floor, not from a desk.
You are expected to own execution, accuracy, safety, and accountability within your building.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
- Fully manage daily warehouse operations at the TX facility
- Oversee shipping, receiving, inventory flow, and space utilization
- Ensure accurate picking, packing, labeling, and shipping
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
- Coordinate basic facility maintenance, vendors, and equipment upkeep
- Be physically present and hands-on when the operation requires it
Inventory & Process Control
- Own receiving, put-away, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy
- Identify errors, damage, shrink, and process gaps — and fix them
- Track numbers closely and understand what the data is telling you
- Prevent problems instead of reacting to them
People Management & Accountability
- Lead, train, and manage warehouse associates
- Enforce attendance, safety rules, and company policies consistently
- Hold people accountable — no tolerance for sloppy execution
- Step in and work alongside the team when needed
Requirements
- Proven experience managing a warehouse operation end-to-end
- Forklift experience and solid understanding of warehouse safety
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with numbers, inventory data, and daily reports
- Reliable, consistent, and execution-driven
- Willing to lead from the floor, not hide in an office
