Bilingual Quality Supervisor

Salary: $60-70K

What your future day will look like:

• Supervise quality assurance team and daily operations - electrical testing and inspection of in-process and final products.
• Monitor production processes and enforce quality standards.
• Lead inspections, audits, and documentation of results.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve quality concerns.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
• Train and develop staff on quality procedures and best practices.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• Previous Quality Assurance and supervisory experience
• Proficiency with using measurement tools
• Bilingual in Spanish
