Position Summary


We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Spanish Bilingual Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying, prospecting, and contacting small and mid- sized business owners. The SDR will be the first point of contact for many prospects, playing a key role in building relationships and creating a strong pipeline for the sales team.


The ideal candidate is highly energetic, comfortable with outreach, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will use a combination of cold calling, email campaigns, social selling, and networking to connect with decision-makers, understand their needs, and schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial welcome calls with new small business applicants.
  • Develops rapport and builds strong relationships with clients/customers.
  • Follow up daily with multiple clients via phone and email in a high-volume environment.
  • Be the first point of contact for new business prospects and determine the next steps for each prospect.
  • Demonstrate ability to work independently as well as being a productive team member, making outbound calls every day.
  • Must be an excellent problem-solver and willing to collaborate in a team environment.
  • Gather client financial information and documentation.
  • Nurtures these relationships through consistent positive interactions and exceptional customer service.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum of 1 year of call center and client sales experience.
  • Must be fully proficient in both Spanish and English
  • Comfortable with high volume of outbound calls and talk-time.
  • Comfortable seating 8-9 hours per day making phone calls.
  • Understanding the basics on the phone: talking clearly, quick thinker, career-minded.
  • Experience in sales, account management, and relationship management (preferred).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and able to work independently.
  • Great written and verbal communication.
  • You are driven to exceed expectations.
  • Comfortable and efficient in multitasking.
  • High-energy and fast-paced environment.
