Senior Administrative Assistant (Bilingual Spanish)


Location: On‑Site – Santa Monica, CA


Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Administrative Assistant who is fluent in Spanish and English to provide high‑level administrative support in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide senior‑level administrative support to leadership and/or department teams
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate on‑site logistics
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and Spanish‑speaking clients or partners
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with accuracy and discretion
  • Maintain organized records, files, and documentation
  • Support office operations, including ordering supplies and coordinating vendors
  • Assist with special projects and ad hoc administrative tasks as needed

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of administrative or executive support experience
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a deadline‑driven environment
  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting senior leadership
  • Background in a corporate, professional services, or fast‑paced office environment
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and proactive mindset


Compensation: $23 to $28
