Benefits Account Manager - Remote but must be located in Dallas, TX or surrounding areas -

Our client, located in Forney, TX is a boutique benefits brokerage firm looking for a Benefits Account Manager to join their small but mighty team!

This is a "1 day a week in the office in Forney" and "4 days working from home" scenario. However, flexibility is needed.

The Benefits Account Manager will be the communicator between the employees, clients HR departments and carriers and will focus on the marketing renewal process - reaching out to carriers for rate comparisons (spreadsheeting), assist with claims issues, employee and/or client's HR for inquiries and/or questions, issues, etc.

• Must have medical, and the others are a plus (dental, vision and ancillary products)
• Must have experience creating RFP's and spread sheeting for level funded clients
• Needs to have understanding of ADA, COBRA, ACA, HIPPA, 5500 requirements, Section 125
• 2+ years of experience
• Must be proficient in Excel - they use it daily - spreadsheeting
• Experience in Employee Navigator and knowldege of carrier systems is needed and EASE is a plus!
