This role involves weighing and handling raw materials, operating mixing and packaging equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. The Batch Mixer works closely with a lead or experienced operator to learn processes, ensure product quality, and support efficient production runs.

Work Environment
The role is based in a smaller manufacturing facility that is actively focused on continuous improvement, with a clean warehouse and production floor designed for efficient product flow. The batch mixing area includes separate rooms with tankers and blending equipment dedicated to mixing operations. Team members work around machinery and conveyors and collaborate across different departments throughout the facility. The position is on 1st shift, typically from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with a few hours of overtime and occasional, non-mandatory Saturday work. The work is physically demanding, involving heavy lifting, manual loading, and frequent movement of materials. Required attire includes steel-toe footwear and the use of appropriate personal protective equipment, including a respirator when working with dry chemicals. New employees receive hands-on training and guidance from experienced operators to learn equipment, processes, and safety practices.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
