The Drug Manufacturing Technician operates and maintains drug manufacturing equipment, prepares and blends raw materials and active ingredients, and completes all batch documentation in compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). This entry-level role suits individuals with a high school diploma or GED who can follow detailed procedures, work safely, and contribute to the consistent production of high-quality pharmaceutical products.

Work Environment

Employees typically work full-time schedules, with eligibility for overtime paid at time and a half for hours over 40. Appropriate protective clothing and safety gear are used as required by cGMP and safety procedures.
