Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Attorney, located in Akron, OH. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, preparing and reviewing petitions and schedules, attending 341 meetings, attending court hearings, working on Chapter 13 plans, working on chapter 13 confirmations

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Law, with a focus on consumer bankruptcy cases
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and current license to practice law in Ohio
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience with consumer law or bankruptcy law is highly preferred
