Job Summary:
We are seeking a customer‑focused Customer Experience Specialist / Teller to support daily branch operations and deliver exceptional service to members. This role will split time between front‑desk guest support, teller transactions, and back‑office customer service responsibilities in a banking environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with opening new accounts and answering account‑related questions
- Serve as the first point of contact by greeting members and guests
- Perform teller transactions accurately and in compliance with banking procedures
- Support back‑office customer service functions as needed
- Set up and manage DocuSign for member documentation
- Process member updates such as address changes
- Respond to member inquiries via online channels (chat, online inquiries, etc.)
- Answer incoming phone calls and resolve or route inquiries appropriately
- Maintain compliance with banking policies, procedures, and security standards
Qualifications:
- Prior banking or credit union experience required (teller or member services preferred)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy, especially when handling financial transactions
- Ability to multitask between front‑facing and administrative duties
- Comfort using banking systems, digital tools, and online service platforms
