We are looking to hire oneB2B Administrator(Industrial Admin Assistant) for our operations at with our USA Parkway Partner. This is a critical role responsible for overseeing the end-to-end B2B process, from routing and scheduling to final order closing in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Role Details
  • Schedule:Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
  • Pay Rate:$24.50/hr
  • Location:USA PARKWAY
Key Responsibilities
  • Routing & Scheduling:Manage incoming orders and coordinate pickups with business partners.
  • Documentation:Print labels, pick sheets, and packing instructions; createBOLsfor outbound freight.
  • WMS Management:Lead the order closing process and maintain integration platforms to ensure seamless data exchange.
  • Quality Control:Conduct regular checks for order accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaboration:Act as the primary point of contact for B2B inquiries and work closely with warehouse staff to ensure fluid operations.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Experience:Previous background in B2B administration, logistics, or supply chain.
  • Technical Skills:Experience with routing systems (e.g.,Logicbroker, Bluejay, Target TMS) and WMS proficiency.
  • Physical Demands:Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly (occasionally up to 75 lbs) and operate relevant material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts).
  • Environment:Must be comfortable working in a distribution center with varying temperatures, heights, and moderate noise levels.
  • Testing:Candidates must pass aSimple Math Testprovided by Pridestaff
