Automotive Used Sales Manager

We are looking for a dynamic Used Sales Manager who is ready to help our sales team to increase sales volume and sales efficiency.  They  must have great marketing skills, understand matrix, buying habits careful watch of
the market recon and aged inventory

They will ensure that the dealership meets vehicle sales quotas through expert management and leadership of the sales team, by forecasting sales, and by maintaining proper inventory levels in terms of amount and vehicle types. The Used Sales Manager will drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction within our used product division. This position is responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies that align with the company's overall objectives. The manager will lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets and deliver exceptional service. Additionally, the role involves analyzing market trends and customer feedback to refine our offerings and improve sales performance. Ultimately, the success of this position will be measured by increased sales volume, improved customer retention, and a strengthened market presence in the used products sector.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of automotive sales management experience

Candidates must be able to pass a drug test, background check, and license/motor vehicle record check.   

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for used products.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to enhance their performance.
  • Analyze market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create promotional campaigns for used products.
  • Manages inventory in terms of display, pricing, and aging
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

 

Requirements/Qualifications

  • Two years of automotive sales management experience
  • Must possess strong people skills to train, manage, and direct the sales team so they can meet goals and quotas.
  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the used products industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
  • Must be able to pass a drug test, license, and motor vehicle record check, and background check

  • Experience with data analysis and sales forecasting.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
